Tai Chi’s slow motion precise movement has been crafted over generations from Taoist Energy Exercises and Internal Martial Arts.

It effectively exercises every muscle, joint and ligament of the body without strain, whilst its rhythmic movement calms the mind and nervous system.

Tai Chi works great as a low impact physical exercise but also because it balances and strengthens our Chi, it can have a profound effect on every aspect of our life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Max is a qualified Tai Chi Instructor with world renowned Tai Chi School – Energy Arts and is now delighted to be holding classes in Cheltenham where you can learn Tai Chi and associated Energy Exercises that will support and enhance your practice. These include :-

Wu Style Tai Chi

The 27 Step Short Form is a miracle health exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Have fun learning a movement artform that could
be a friend for life.

Standing

By learning Standing Qigong in various postures we will increase our internal awareness, build our Chi and become aware of blocked Chi.

Cloud Hands

Slow-motion movement,waist turns and weight shifts integrate whole body movement and connects our energy to our spine. It is said if you want to learn a single Qigong exercise for 
health Cloud Hands is the 
one.

Three Qigong Swings

By practising the Swings we can open our joints, energise and strengthen the organs of the lower, middle and upper parts of the body and increase our energy flows.

Tai Chi Circling Hands

Through Circling Hands we learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi,with simpler movements, whilst at the same time giving the body a complete energetic workout.

Classes – £8.00 per class.
