Tai Chi & Qigong

We love to move – dancing, playing, walking or swimming. We feel better; we know movement is essential for our health. Tai Chi’s slow motion precise movement has been crafted over generations from Taoist Energy Exercises and Internal Martial Arts.

It effectively exercises every muscle, joint and ligament of the body without strain, whilst its rhythmic movement calms the mind and nervous system.

Tai Chi works great as a low impact physical exercise but also because it balances and strengthens our Chi, it can have a profound effect on every aspect of our life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Max is a qualified Tai Chi Instructor with world renowned Tai Chi School – Energy Arts and is now delighted to be holding classes in Cheltenham where you can learn Tai Chi and associated Energy Exercises that will support and enhance your practice.
